REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of the wigs, there are no refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shampagne’s Wig Bar is not held accountable for the longevity or quality of the hair provided for this service. It is highly recommended to provide High Quality bundles, closures, and frontals to ensure a Quality Wig Unit. I have the right to refuse service if the items received are not of a high-quality standard as the resulting product will not represent my brand’s reputation. If service is refused, all items will be returned immediately and 90% of your service charge will be refunded. The remaining 10% will be retained to cover the time and materials spent on the unserviceable items. However, that 10% can be applied to a Wig purchase.

This is a Payment Plan Contract in the agreement that 50% of the cost must be paid as the Initial Deposit to start the order. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of the initial deposit. If the 30 days have expired, your order will be cancelled. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and the order cannot be picked up/ delivered until final payment has been received.
